The Salopette from Yoko Sakamoto features a drawcord at the waist, a buttoned chest pocket, side angled pockets, adjustable straps, and a tapered leg. The fabric is a "max high count typewriter", made by using old style shuttle looms in the Enshu region in Japan that makes ultra-high density cotton exceeding the limits of what other weavers can make. It is lightweight and crisp, with a paper-like hand feel. We also love the beautiful garment dye that gives the piece a deeper color and texture.
